We are an internet based operation, therefore do not have a showroom.

However all products are available to view on the website and if you require any further information or details please contact the office on 07970 416731.

As we use multiple suppliers to fulfill your orders which have different despatch points around the UK therefore it is not possible to collect your orders.

show/hideDo you offer a price match service?

We do offer a price match service, however we are so confident of our prices that we do not think you will use it!

However if you do come across a price which beats ours, then please follow the steps laid on in our price matching page and we will do our checks and change the price for you.

We have tried to make our delivery charges as simple and as fair as possible.  The price you pay is dependent on the items you order and where in the country you want them delivered.

We deliver to all UK postcodes.  Please refer to our delivery charges page for further details.

When placing an order we will need all the standard details from you in order to make a purchase.

You will be given the option as to whether you wish to create an account or make a purchase as a guest.

The benefit of creating an account, is that when you return to make your next purchase (which we are sure you will!) all your details will be already in the system, saving you time in the checkout process.

You can request your delivery to be made anywhere you want within the UK, just put the details into the delivery address page in the checkout.

If you create an account on the site, you will also be able to save your delivery addresses in here for future use, saving you time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

show/hideCan I track my deliveries?

Upon completion of your order, we will send you an email with details of your order and an ETA.

If at any point you want to chase the order, please call the team on 07970 416731 and we will be able to provide you with further details.

show/hideWhat if there is a problem with the product after delivery?

All items are covered by a manufacturers guarantee and therefore if found to be faulty, will be replaced.

show/hideHow will I know what radiator is suitable for my house?

On this site we offer you a heat calculator.

With a small amount of data input from you regarding details of the room in which you are looking for a radiator, an output figure will be calculated.

This figure represents the radiator output required to heat the room adequately.

show/hideWhat if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you are a given a choice as to whether you wish to continue with your order and wait for your delivery or choose a different product.

If you choose to wait, we attempt to get all out of stock items replenished within 7-10 days.

On completion of your order you will receive an email confirming the order and the expected ETA of that product and we will keep you updated if the date changes.
